It is optional, is not required to book, purchase, or receive care, and can be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP.

Program Description & Message Types

Fulfillment Policy

Order Processing & Delivery
- Lab Testing & Prescriptions: Once an order is placed, lab slips are sent to the patient within 48 hours. Product orders for bioidentical hormones and compoundeds are processed upon provider approval and typically ship within 7 business days.
- Services: Consultations and other services will be scheduled when labs are fully processed, approximately 10 business days after an order is placed.
Refunds & Returns
- Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on purchases.
